We’re an online bookstore and occasional pop-up based in Los Angeles. We stock approximately 50 books at a time, and we refresh the shop three times a year.

But why is Moss Avenue Books ?
Because books are incredible. Because the freedom to read is an essential human right, and the combination of art and literature has the power to act as a bulwark against the forces of fear and bigotry. It doesn’t always work out that way, but at least that’s the idea. Because we believe in curiosity and imagination, and growth and possibility. Because we believe in books forever, and since you’ve found your way here, we’re thinking you do too.
