Fantagraphics. First Edition. 2021 (VG/G) Slight color bleaching on front cover. Significant dent on bottom of book spine. No marks, tears, etc. Binding is excellent.
Monsters is the story of poor Bobby Bailey, who attempts to join the army only to land in the hands of a sadistic scientist experimenting in “human transmutation” in an effort to create the perfect killing machine. What follows is less shocking than it is pitiable. BWS’s artwork, as riveting as ever, makes it so you simply cannot look away.
